Liz Urban is the Director of Member Experience & Loyalty at WBEZ, where she focuses on enhancing the experience of our members with the ultimate goal of increasing member retention.
Liz joins us from the American Society of Safety Engineers where she was responsible for member recruitment, retention and engagement. She previously worked at the American Hospital Association and the National Association of REALTORS® where she held similar member-focused roles.
When she isn’t thinking of ways to keep members happy, Liz loves exploring the city with her family, playing and watching soccer (she’s a Spurs fan but not the San Antonio kind), and rooting for the Cubs and Blackhawks.
